ABOUT ROBERT J IGNARRI

After 30+ years of experience in national development as an Architect, I have built an extensive portfolio of diverse projects involving national retail development, commercial and residential design, new construction, renovation and remodeling, and adaptive re-use of existing structures. Sharing my unique capabilities of distilling information and navigating through the complexities of the design and development process, I also offer guidance as an Architectural Services Consultant. 

A sensible and cost effective approach has been a cornerstone of my services. Leading clients and colleagues through the architectural aspects of involved commercial, retail project requirements, I deliver inherently cost-effective design and development services that are easily and clearly understood by all to bring projects in on time and on budget. The specialties of my residential design are in sensible adaptive reuse with an eye toward preservation. Oftentimes the real creativity comes from working with what you’re given!

With valuable experience and professional insight, I help decision makers focus their vision and establish a feasible and practical plan to accomplish their goals. Throughout the entire lifecycle of the project, expert direction is provided to avoid roadblocks and to have all stakeholders focus on the most direct path starting with the initial concept and continuing on through the design, permitting, and construction of the development process.
